Props Master Description

TLP is searching for a Props Master / Props Designer for the design and procurement of the props and set dressings for our Fall production of Sweeney Todd. You will be responsible for working with the Production Manager to stay within an allocated budget and realize the vision and requirements of the Director and Set Designer. You will be expected to attend all Production meetings and technical and dress rehearsals, as well as help at load-in and strike.

This position has a $600 stipend.

Schedule

Rehearsals are tentatively set to begin September 7th and are planned for Mon, Tue, Thu 7-10pm and Sun 1-5pm. Production meetings are tentatively scheduled for Sunday evenings after rehearsal.

Tech is all day Saturday October 30th and Sunday October 31st, with dress rehearsals in the evenings on November 1-4. Performances are currently scheduled for November 5, 6, 12, 13, 19 @ 8pm, November 11 & 18 @ 7pm, November 7 & 14 @ 3pm and November 20 at 2pm. Performance schedule is subject to change within these weekends.

Location

All rehearsals and performances will take place at Chelsea Theatre Works in Chelsea, MA.
